Job summary

Carne Group is seeking an Entry Level Investment Management Oversight Associate to support the governance of fund portfolios and oversight of delegated investment managers. You will work in a dynamic, global funds environment and contribute to monitoring activities and reporting.

The role focuses on gaining hands-on experience in oversight processes, due diligence, and coordination of committee materials while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of UCITS and AIF structures.
• Strong PC skills, particularly Excel and Word.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support the Investment Manager Oversight team in monitoring delegated investment managers.
• Assist in the review of investment performance and adherence to investment strategy.
• Help coordinate and document investment committee meetings.
• Support the due diligence process for new and existing investment managers.
• Assist in the preparation of reports for internal committees and fund boards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth fund operations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to oversight activities.
