Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in information or fraud prevention.
• BSc in STEM areas.
• Proficient in Windows and/or macOS and basic office applications.
• Knowledge of security concepts; additional languages desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle proactive callbacks for client inquiries with verification via verbal or video methods.
• Escalate client inquiries about IBKR's security system via tickets.
• Perform problem management with focus on security protocols and practices.
• Track fraud cases and trends; assist in creating training materials.
