Job summary

Bolands Waterford City is recruiting a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to join our busy sales team in Waterford. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and exposure to all steps of the sales process, from greeting customers to presenting vehicles and guiding them through their buying journey.

You will be supported by an experienced team, learning dealership systems and building product knowledge across both new and used vehicles, while working towards sales and customer

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the showroom and provide a professional, friendly first point of contact.
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on needs and budget.
• Support the sales team with test drives, vehicle presentations and follow-up with customers.
• Learn and use dealership systems to manage enquiries, appointments and customer information.
• Build strong product knowledge across new and used vehicles.
• Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales process.
• Work towards agreed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
