Choice Stores is hiring a Part Time Junior Accounts and Payroll Administrator for our Support Office in Ashbourne. You will work onsite Monday to Wednesday 8:30am–5pm, supporting a dynamic Finance Team with accounts payable/receivable processing and weekly payroll.

You will learn new skills in a fast-paced environment, with training provided. IPASS and HR knowledge are a plus, and proficiency in Excel is essential for accuracy and efficiency.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• IPASS completion and HR knowledge is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.

Mansioni

• Input and reconcile accounts payable and receivable; follow up with invoice approval.
• Complete weekly payroll for several entities.
• Support Area Manager with payroll queries and store manager follow-ups.
• Review and record employee expenses.
• Add new starters to HR System and distribute uniforms accurately.
