Qualifications

• 10+ years in change management / project experience in retail financial services
• Proven Tech Lead experience with Java and Microservices
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum and SDLC methods

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a change squad for technical delivery.
• Lead design and development of Java-based applications in financial services.
• Oversee technical project delivery aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical specs.
• Mentor junior developers and promote continuous learning and improvement.
• Implement best practices for software development, testing and deployment.
• Monitor application performance and security and implement enhancements.
