Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd in Ireland invites an experienced IT & Systems Manager to lead the organisation's IT and software systems across Ireland and the UK. You will ensure reliable, secure IT operations and support strategic business initiatives.

The role focuses on driving digital transformation, ERP post-implementation optimisation (Odoo), governance, budgeting, and leading a team while collaborating with vendors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an IT management or senior IT role.
• Strong hands-on experience with network management and infrastructure.
• Proven experience in cyber security, including risk management, system hardening, and incident response.
• Practical experience administering and supporting SharePoint environments.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting a new ERP implementation and post implementation optimisation.
• Strong experience managing access rights, permissions, and user security.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Experience working with external vendors and cross‑functional internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud-based systems.
• Lead cyber security strategy to protect data and users.
• Oversee user access rights and identity management.
• Support Microsoft tech including SharePoint and Power BI.
• Lead ERP optimisation post-implementation (Odoo).
• Provide ongoing system support and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain IT policies and documentation.
• Manage IT vendors, contracts and service providers.
• Ensure GDPR/data protection compliance.
• Support reporting and analytics via Power BI dashboards.
• Plan IT budgets and technology roadmaps.
• Provide leadership and guidance to IT staff.
