IT Service Integration Lead — 6-Month Dublin Contract

Job summary

Nexus Jobs Limited in Dublin seeks a Service Integration Manager to mature IT Service Management for a major client. You will lead governance, manage onboarding of 20-40 external resources, and ensure ITTP deliverables align with strategy and budget goals.

You will partner with business groups, provide ITSM consulting, and drive SOP alignment and business cases. This is a 6 month contract based in Dublin, requiring strong ITIL and stakeholder leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or IT; advanced degree a plus.
• 7+ years IT, ITIL and Service Management experience.
• 5+ years IT services or IT service improvement initiatives; pharma/Life Science experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assure ITTP delivery towards the assigned business area(s) – partner with ITTP teams to align deliverables.
• Oversee onboarding of aligned customer group to ITTP services and scope onboarding projects.
• Build strong business relationships via governance meetings.
• Act as initial contact for business needs; evaluate feasibility with relevant customer.
• Serve as focal/escalation point for ITTP initiatives; help prepare business cases.
• Provide ITSM consulting expertise towards the relevant business area(s).
• Lead solution visioning sessions, including requirement gathering and rationalization.
• Support SOP alignment across relevant customers.
• Assist yearly budget review and demonstrate efficiency with budget impact.
• Ensure adherence to financial processes for ITTP Projects and IT Operations (SLAs, CARs).
