Job summary
MCS Group is working with a leading professional services organisation in Dublin to recruit an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager for their growing IT function. You will own ITSM processes, drive Continual Service Improvement, and ensure IT services meet business expectations with strong stakeholder engagement.
Hybrid - Dublin City (3 days on-site) supports delivering CSI initiatives, incident/problem/change management and performance reporting against SLAs/KPIs.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years' experience in IT Service Management or IT Service Delivery.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
- Experience delivering CSI initiatives and managing ITIL processes.
- Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Jira Service Management).
Responsibilities
- Lead the Continual Service Improvement programme across IT services.
- Manage Incident, Major Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Oversee major incidents with effective escalations and post-incident reviews.
- Coordinate CAB activities and change governance.
- Monitor SLAs/KPIs and produce reports/dashboards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to improve service delivery.
- Support development and optimisation of ITSM platforms and automation.
