Job summary

Fruition Group Ireland is seeking an IT Service Desk Engineer to join their internal IT team on a permanent basis. The role provides first and second-line support, maintains Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online and Azure AD, and ensures smooth operation of business-critical systems.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years' experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and a proactive approach to improving IT processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in IT Service Desk/Desktop Support/IT Support Engineer roles.
• Strong administration experience with Active Directory and Azure AD (hybrid environments desirable).
• Experience administering Microsoft Intune and managing endpoint devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line technical support for users across multiple locations.
• Manage and resolve IT Service Desk incidents and requests within SLAs.
• Support and administer Microsoft 365 technologies including Exchange Online and AD environments.
• Configure and maintain end-user hardware, software and peripherals.
