Job summary
Fruition Group Ireland is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Cloud Support Engineer to join the IT Operations team on a six-month daily rate contract. The role covers on-premises infrastructure, Microsoft cloud services, networking, storage, and unified communications across office and remote environments.
The ideal candidate will manage Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, and on-prem resources, work with MSPs and partners, and contribute to ongoing cloud adoption and modernization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in IT infrastructure engineering, cloud operations or related role.
- Proven experience with enterprise Unified Communications.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, configure and support infrastructure and cloud services including Microsoft 365, on-premises servers and core network infrastructure.
- Administer Entra ID, MFA and device compliance; patching and change management.
- Support Unified Communications platforms across voice, messaging, conferencing and collaboration services.
- Manage WAN/LAN infrastructure, SD-WAN, networking security and disaster recovery.
- Follow ITIL-aligned Incident, Problem and Change processes; participate in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
