Oliver James Group is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead software delivery across the SDLC in a hybrid work environment. You will coordinate Product, Engineering and Architecture teams to ensure planning, execution and on-time delivery aligned with business priorities.

The role requires strong SDLC/Agile experience, excellent stakeholder management and capability to handle APIs, integrations, and DevOps practices. Prior experience with Jira/Confluence is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe or equivalent certifications desirable.
• Cloud/DevOps certifications advantageous.

Role: IT Project Manager

Daily rate: €400 per day

Working Model: Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of technical initiatives across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). The role will act as a key link between Product, Engineering and Architecture teams, ensuring effective planning, execution and delivery aligned with business priorities and release cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of software and technical initiatives from planning through to release.
• Define technical scope, including integrations, APIs and system dependencies.
• Develop and manage delivery plans aligned with release cycles.
• Coordinate engineering, product and architecture teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies and delivery challenges.
• Provide clear visibility of progress, risks and milestones to stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing and delivering technical initiatives within software environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience working closely with engineering, product and architecture teams.
• Understanding of software integrations, APIs, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience managing cross-functional and global/distributed teams.
