Job summary

3D Personnel in Ireland is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and develop a multi-site IT function across West Donegal sites. You will own the technology infrastructure, systems, and support operations, driving reliability, security, and continuous improvement.

You will oversee day-to-day IT operations, mentor a small team, manage Microsoft 365, networks, cybersecurity, and data protection, and work with senior management to align technology with business needs.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in IT infrastructure, systems administration or technical support.
• Experience leading a small IT team and managing multi-site environments would be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a small IT team across multiple sites.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networks, Wi-Fi, telecommunications and cloud services.
• Manage Microsoft 365 environments, user accounts, licensing and access permissions.
• Ensure cybersecurity measures, data protection standards and backup procedures are maintained.
• Coordinate relationships with external IT suppliers and service providers.
• Lead IT projects and system upgrades across locations.
• Support multi-site operations ensuring IT systems are secure and reliable.
