Job summary

Carey Building Contractors in Galway City is seeking an experienced IT Manager for a permanent, full-time, on-site role. You will oversee all technology systems, keep data secure, and support office and field staff.

You will manage site induction software, support MSite, Procure, Aconex, and other tools, work with external IT consultants, set up new hires, and maintain Office 365, Sage, and Evolution.

Qualifications

• Requires third level qualification in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, especially Microsoft Office 365.
• Hands-on problem solving and ability to collaborate across teams to modernise IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve all technology systems in place, keep data secure, and support office and field workers with IT requirements.
• Administer our Site Induction/Time and Attendance software and support users of Procure, Aconex, Estimate One, Buildsoft and other tools.
• Act as point of contact for all daily IT issues.
• Establish new employee digital setups.
