Job summary

Qstream, a leading AI-driven microlearning company, seeks an IT Infrastructure and Security Specialist to safeguard our cloud environments and SOC 2 compliance. You will manage ITSM, vendor relations, and security operations, reporting to the VP of Engineering, Security and IT Operations.

Ideal candidates bring extensive cloud administration, IAM, MDM, EDR, and IT security experience in SaaS settings, with strong collaboration and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cloud IT Infrastructure and SaaS security.
• Strong experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with Okta, IAM and integration (SSO, MFA/2FA, SCIM).
• Experience with MDM and endpoint security (SentinelOne/EDR).
• Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and IT security frameworks.
• Experience with Jira Service Management for ITSM and security workflows.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Understanding of SaaS ecosystems and integrations, and awareness of AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key contributor to the security program and internal security posture.
• Maintain and administer internal IT systems for performance and availability.
• Manage identity and access management with SSO and MFA.
• Ensure secure device management (laptops, MDM, patching, endpoint protection).
• Document IT processes, policies, and configurations.
• Stay updated on security tech, threats, mitigations, and best practices.
• Support security awareness training programs for staff.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and assess threats.
• Coordinate responses to customer security assessments.
• Provide end-to-end IT support and manage ITSM, workspace administration, and vendors.
