Job summary

AXA Partners in Shannon is seeking an Application Analyst to join a team that delivers cost-effective IT support for Business Applications across multiple countries. You’ll act as a liaison between IT and business units and play a key role in incident analysis, release management, and strategic projects.

You’ll bring experience in SLA delivery, business and systems analysis, and Agile environments, with strong communication and change-management skills to support and optimize applications for

Qualifications

• Requires a relevant third-level degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience delivering SLA-based support and engaging with clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an Application Analyst for IT Business Applications.
• Analyze and validate support incidents; resolve on first contact where possible.
• Manage tickets across various ticketing systems and liaise with 3rd line support or suppliers.
• Translate incidents into defect tracking, communicate progress with clients and business groups.
• Support proactive incident management and change controls as part of Release Management.
• Assist with IT strategic projects, including application platform migrations and cloud transitions.
