Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Ireland (Cork) invites students to join its 2027 Cooperative cohort for an onsite IT/Software placement. You will identify a project with team leader, support data analysis, and assist with data extraction, reporting, and compliance. You’ll also help with process workflows and prepare internal correspondences.

Duration options: 6, 9 or 12 months. Successful candidates are pursuing IT/CS or related degrees, display integrity, reliability, and strong analytical skills, and

Qualifications

• Currently completing an Irish or Northern Irish university qualification in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics or other related courses.
• Honesty and integrity; must comply with the quality system, regulations, and company policies.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and hardworking - enjoys working in a dynamic, fast and results orientated environment.
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
• Organised, focused, and capable of multi-tasking.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills with basic level of PC skills.
• Is a team player and capable of working as part of a multi-disciplined team.

Responsibilities

• Identify an IT/Software improvement project with objectives, scope, milestones and evaluation.
• Support and assist in-depth data analysis of various data sets and reports.
• Assist design, data extraction, research and reporting in areas of performance, outcomes and compliance with policies.
• Provide support with project meetings to ensure data accuracy and documentation.
• Create and analyze process workflows to increase efficiency across cross-functional divisions.
• Draft internal correspondences and perform general clerical duties as assigned.
