Responsabilidades

• Negotiate and close transactions where Wilmington Trust serves as corporate services provider.
• Act as client-facing central deal manager for transactions.
• Meet with clients and participate in conferences as needed.
• Assist Sales with business development and coordinate deal structures by asset type.
• Coordinate with internal support groups around deal closings and escalate risks.
