Job summary

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and close transactions Wilmington Trust serves in a corporate services provider capacity.
• Act as client-facing centralised deal manager for transactions and coordinate deal structures.
• Meet with clients and attend conferences as appropriate.
• Support sales with business development initiatives and cross-functional deal coordination.
• Serve as internal liaison for all groups surrounding deal closings.
