Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience in transaction management or lending is required.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage priorities.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Tableau or visualization tool familiarity.
• Experience with Loan IQ and transaction capture tools.
• Keen attention to detail and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Client relationship and solution skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support loan origination and lifecycle management, including syndicated and bilateral loans.
• Assist with development of processes, controls, standards, and training.
• Assist design and rollout of technology, including testing.
• Provide training and support to transaction management staff.
• Collaborate with originating/coverage lines, risk, operations, and legal.
• Ensure data quality, controls and regulatory compliance.
• Define and monitor operational metrics and risk controls.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies across the loan lifecycle.
• Participate in projects to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Assist in loan remediation and system testing/migrations.
• Manage and close loan transaction pipelines.
