Job summary

U.S. Bank Global Fund Services (Ireland) Limited is seeking an Investor Services Manager to lead a team responsible for daily fund operations and client service excellence. You will review trades, wires, NAVs, and daily deliverables, while ensuring adherence to procedures and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with funds (mutual/hedge/PE), and a track record in delivering accurate, timely processing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years Investor Services experience.
• In-depth understanding of Equalisation, Share Series and Private Equity Performance Fee mechanisms.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience of managing a team of 3 or more people.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience of approving investor orders, payments, NAVs for release.
• Good interpersonal skills and strong communication (oral/written).
• Excellent client service skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key escalation contact for a range of clients.
• Review and approve investor trades for daily, weekly, monthly funds; review and approve outgoing wires.
• Oversee daily deliverables such as cash reconciliation and daily NAVs, including statements and contract notes.
• Ensure all daily deliverables are met and timely.
• Act as primary contact for client/investor queries and host client service calls.
• Support development and implementation of departmental procedures; mentor team members.
• Assist with new fund launches and conversions; maintain records in shareholder systems.
