Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ hedge fund/private equity administration experience.
• Experience in supervisory role (≥2 years).
• Knowledge of Advent Geneva required; World Investor or Mantra is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to cover operations across funds and support audits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate NAV production and related services.
• Act as primary operational contact for clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Document new processes and update fund procedures; maintain audit trails.
• Train and develop junior colleagues and oversee workload distribution.
• Support fund audits and liaise with auditors to ensure timely closures.
• Coordinate with other U.S. Bank lines to deliver integrated service.
