Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate AML/KYC for internal and external directors and signatories, maintain central database documentation.
• Support onboarding of entities with external/internal counterparties, manage KYC refresh requests.
• Process internal and external queries relating to legal documentation, tax forms, KYC.
• Execute various legal documents across Investment Operations and Legal Structuring Teams.
• Support workflow optimization in fund operations, including AI implementation assessment.
• Provide support to Investment Operations and Legal Structuring Teams on projects.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve queries and complete documentation timely.
• Assist onboarding entities with global banks and manage bank account openings and future KYC refreshes.
• Support onboarding entities with service providers for new entities established by Legal Structuring Team.
