Job summary

Job Description NOTE: This is a 12 month, paid internship position. Applicants must be legally authorised to live and work in Ireland for the duration of the contract term. Co-ordinating the obtaining of AML / KYC for internal and external directors and authorized signatories, and maintaining the documentation on our central database Supporting the process of onboarding our entities with external and internal counterparties, and managing the KYC refresh requests that come from those same counterparties on a periodic basis. Processing internal and external queries relating to legal documentation, tax forms, KYC Responsibility for the execution of various legal documents across the Investment Operations and Legal Structuring Teams Supporting workflow optimization in fund operations, including assessing potential implementation of AI to support processes; Providing support to the Investment Operations team and the Legal Structuring Team on a range of projects Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in order to resolve queries and complete documentation in a timely manner Supporting the process of onboarding our entities with various global banking providers and managing the bank account opening process as well as future related KYC refresh requests. Supporting the process of onboarding our entities with internal and external service providers in relation to any new entity being established by the Legal Structuring Team.

Requirements

Degree in business administration or law; Excellent MS office skills,; Strong ability to co-ordinate and prioritise across a wide variety of tasks Ability to work to challenging deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality. Efficient and precise working style, focus on details; Open and clear communication style, and ability to manage stakeholders Ideally some exposure to AI and its capabilities
