Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent MS Office skills essential.
• Ability to coordinate across many tasks and meet deadlines.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AML/KYC for directors and signatories and maintain central documentation.
• Support onboarding of entities with external/internal counterparties and banks.
• Process legal documents across Investment Operations and Legal Structuring teams.
• Assist with workflow optimization and potential AI implementations in fund operations.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and complete documentation.
