Job summary

re:Cycle Reverse Logistics, a stand-alone company within the Amazon corporate family, is seeking an Operations Specialist to drive inventory disposition, valuation activities, and cross-functional collaboration across material flows in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, support commercial programs, and contribute to reverse logistics initiatives while maintaining strict controls and reporting for leadership updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration or operations.
• Experience in strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations, global contract management, process improvement, operational and financial analysis.
• Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization, including coaching of junior staff

Responsibilities

• Manage all AWS E&O requests end-to-end, coordinating with Requestors, RRL Operations, and downstream disposition partners
• Monitor and action aged Sparing and Production material, ensuring inventory does not stagnate
• Coordinate inventory flows across Amazon, external customers, RRL Operations, Logistics, in alignment with priorities and timelines
• Build and maintain inventory valuation frameworks for external customer inventory
• Report and track revenue and costs associated with commercial programmes
• Provide pricing inputs and analysis to Business Development in support of new business proposals
• Maintain inventory reporting covering pipeline status, disposition outcomes, and financial recovery
• Provide regular updates to RRL leadership on inventory status and commercial performance
• Contribute to other value recovery and reverse logistics initiatives as assigned by management
