Job summary

CHANEL Brown Thomas Dublin is seeking a Stock Controller to manage stock movement within the boutique, ensuring accurate deliveries, transfers, and inventory control. You will work with the team to maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing the movement of stock in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong inventory control and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Accurate receipt of deliveries, ensuring goods received match documentation and inventory is updated.
• Arrange for returns and transfers of stock, liaising with colleagues and recipients as necessary.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge to share with the team.
• Communicate effectively with boutiques, colleagues and CHANEL Head Office as required.
• Work as part of a team, maintaining morale and ensuring boutique cover.
• Maintain confidentiality of CHANEL’s commercial activities and internal affairs.
• Timely and accurate completion of administration and procedures.
• Assist with regular stock level checks and stock takes.
• Support events, promotions and stock-taking activities.
