You will advise multinational and internationally focused businesses on complex cross-border matters, with strong leadership around you and real ownership of your client relationships. • Advise on local and cross-border tax matters, including structuring, transactions, and global tax issues, with practical, commercial solutions
• Work with colleagues across the Irish and global tax practices to deliver integrated solutions
• Identify opportunities with existing clients and contribute to growing the practice
• Coach and develop junior team members in a collaborative, learning-focused environment

About the person

• Tax qualified professional with at least six years’ post-qualification experience in international tax within professional services
• Strong technical knowledge of international tax principles and cross-border transactions
• Experience managing complex engagements and giving commercially focused advice
• A proven ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills
• Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills
• Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset, with an eye for adding value for clients and growing the practice
