Job summary

The Portfolio Group is recruiting an International Payroll Coordinator for its Dublin office. This role focuses on delivering high-quality international payrolls, with emphasis on APAC and LATAM, including Singapore and Mexico, while working with trusted local providers.

As part of a growing payroll team, you will ensure payrolls are delivered accurately, compliantly, and on time, driving improvements and strengthening relationships with global partners.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing international payrolls across multiple regions.
  • Strong knowledge of APAC and LATAM payroll requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage portfolio of international payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with in-country and third-party payroll providers.
  • Oversee inputs/outputs and reporting for payroll operations.
  • Ensure adherence to local statutory requirements and tax rules.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency.

The Opportunity

Working as part of an established, professional and personable payroll team, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of international payrolls, with a particular focus on APAC and LATAM, including Singapore and Mexico.

You will work closely with in-country and third-party payroll providers to ensure payrolls are delivered accurately, efficiently and compliantly.

We are looking for an experienced international payroll professional who is confident managing external providers, understands the complexities of multi-country payroll and has advanced Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage third-party and in-country payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery
  • Take responsibility for international payrolls, predominantly across Singapore and Mexico
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, outputs and associated reporting
  • Ensure payrolls remain compliant with relevant local legislation and statutory requirements
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external payroll partners
  • Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, controls and efficiency
  • Support the wider payroll team as the Dublin operation continues to grow
