Job summary

Osborne Recruitment is seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator in Dublin to manage accounts and orders across the UK, Scandinavia, Middle East and South Africa. You will be the main contact for customers and Sales Representatives, overseeing the full order lifecycle from enquiry to delivery and after-sales support.

The role requires strong organisation, excellent communication, and proficiency with ERP/order management systems (Infor preferred).

Qualifications

• Experience in international customer service or order management.
• Project coordination or project management experience desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with ERP/order management systems; Infor preferred.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls, emails, customer inquiries and orders across international markets.
• Be primary contact for customers; support orders, logistics, invoicing, payments, warranties.
• Review and process orders ensuring pricing, product specifications, delivery schedules meet requirements.
• Maintain customer orders in the Infor ERP system.
• Track orders from receipt to delivery and post-sales support.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Logistics, Transport and Warehouse teams.
• Provide customers and Sales Representatives with updates on status, stock, pricing.
• Coordinate shipping, deliveries and product installations where applicable.
• Support project enquiries and large-value orders.
