Job summary

The European Investment Bank (EIB) invites applications for the Associate Internal Communications Specialist role based in Luxembourg. You will contribute to clear, engaging internal communications across the Projects Directorate (PJ) and support the implementation of the PJ communications strategy in collaboration with the PJ Internal Communications Officer.

Qualifications

• University degree in communications or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate communications.
• Experience in writing, audiovisual, marketing or events.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Identify PJ communication needs and contribute to developing appropriate communication solutions.
• Identify topics, news and stories to share internally within PJ and with other services.
• Prepare high-quality, engaging content for the PJ internal communications pipeline.
• Support the organisation of events in line with PJ events guidelines.
• Assist in the preparation of PJ presentations in line with PJ guidelines.
• Maintain PJ intranet pages and ensure content is up to date and branding compliant.
• Review and develop PJ internal communication procedures to align with Bank policies.
• Support awareness sessions and training activities for colleagues on internal communication topics.
