Job summary

Coyle Consulting is seeking a strategic internal communications partner for our Dublin site. You will own the internal communications strategy and advise senior leaders, shaping messages for employees across multiple buildings.

This role blends storytelling, change management and culture, with responsibility for campaigns, executive talks, town halls and crisis communications. You will coach leaders and measure impact to strengthen our Dublin site culture.

Qualifications

  • Own the internal communications strategy for a significant business/site area, with relatively little day-to-day guidance.
  • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business priorities and turn them into clear employee communications.
  • Develop communication campaigns and plans around business priorities, organisational changes, culture and employee engagement.
  • Write and shape executive communications, including talking points, speeches, presentations and leadership messages.
  • Lead communications for town halls, executive visits, events and other major internal moments.
  • Create content across different formats, potentially including video, digital content, presentations, podcasts and written communications.
  • Help leaders communicate effectively by providing coaching, messaging advice and communication guidance.
  • Manage communications during change, sensitive issues, crises or emergencies, balancing transparency with confidentiality.
  • Help build a strong Dublin site culture, particularly given the site's scale across multiple buildings, PAs and employee groups.
  • Measure communications effectiveness and use employee engagement/data to improve future communications.

Job description
