Job summary

Flutter Entertainment is a world-leading online sports betting and iGaming operator seeking an Internal Audit Manager to join our Global Audit team. You’ll influence risk-based insights across complex operations and emerging technologies, partnering with senior leadership to drive meaningful outcomes.

You’ll build trusted relationships, exercise commercial judgment and lead improvements in audit methodology, technology and team capability, with opportunities for international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, or audit with at least 3 years' experience.
• Professional qualifications such as ACA, CPA, ACCA, CIA or equivalent.
• Experience evaluating governance, risk management and control environments.
• Experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk or Assurance roles.
• Experience in regulated gambling sector is advantageous.
• Experience with data analytics using Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with analytics or AI-enabled audit techniques is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements: Plan, complete and report on assurance and advisory engagements.
• Evaluate governance, risk and control environments using evidence and professional judgement.
• Identify systemic issues, root causes and opportunities to strengthen performance and risk management.
• Communicate with impact: produce clear audit reports and adapt style for diverse audiences.
• Build relationships with internal partners and senior leadership on progress and risks.
• Drive continuous improvement across audit methodology, technology and team capability.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
• Occasional international travel may be required.
