Flutter Entertainment in Dublin (hybrid: 2 days in office) seeks a Group Enterprise Risk Manager to shape the ERM program across Flutter. You will partner with senior leaders to evolve governance, drive risk culture and oversee enterprise risk initiatives.

Responsibilities include building the ERM strategy, reporting to the Board, developing risk appetite & KRIs, supporting crisis management, and governing policy lifecycles while training teams and influencing leaders.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have strong second line risk management experience.
• Experience shaping enterprise risk strategy and governance.
• Proven ability to implement risk appetite and KRIs.
• Experience in large multinational transformations and crisis scenarios.

Group Enterprise Risk Manager

Location: Dublin (2 days office based)

We’re looking for an Enterprise Risk Management Manager to shape the future of our risk ecosystem. You’ll partner with senior leaders across Flutter to build and evolve our ERM strategy, enhance governance, and drive a stronger risk culture across the organization.

What you’ll do

• Build ERM Strategy - Iterate our risk management operating model and support Global Risk Sponsors in delivering enterprise-wide risk initiatives
• Lead Board Reporting - Deliver high-quality risk reporting to Executive and Board committees, collating data from across divisions
• Manage Risk Appetite & KRIs - Develop Risk Appetite Statements, Key Risk Indicators, and monitoring processes to ensure compliance
• Support Crisis Management - Participate in crisis simulations, maintain crisis frameworks, and build organizational resilience
• Govern Policies - Deploy policy management tools, manage policy lifecycles, and ensure consistent governance across Flutter
• Build Risk Culture - Train teams on ERM best practices and act as a trusted advisor to the business

How you’ll do it

• Strong background in second line risk management and governance
• Track record designing and implementing enterprise/operational risk strategies
• Experience with large-scale transformation programs in multinational organizations
• Professional Risk Management qualification (or equivalent compliance/cyber/operational resilience credentials)
• Enjoy solving complex problems and challenging the status quo
• Build strong relationships and influence senior leaders
• Communicate complex ideas simply and clearly
• Stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly
• Stay current with emerging tech trends (AI, cybersecurity)
