Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring an Internal AI Engineer to be embedded across GTM, Operations, and Finance teams. You’ll co-design and ship agentic AI workflows that reduce manual toil and reshape how teams operate, owning high-stakes automations from discovery to production.

You’ll define guardrails and tooling that become the blueprint for safe, fast AI in the company; expect to work with ElevenAgents, Claude, and integration with core systems like Salesforce and Slack.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and shipping automations or applications in production.
• AI-First instincts: Strong familiarity with LLM capabilities, prompting strategies, RAG patterns, and agentic workflows.
• Deep Backend Expertise: Python and SQL; system design patterns (APIs, webhooks, orchestration).
• A systems-thinking mindset: design with security, auditability, and blast radius in mind from the start.
• Infra & DevOps: Hands-on experience with cloud (GCP preferred), Kubernetes, Docker, and enterprise authentication flows.

Responsibilities

• Designing and iterating on AI agents and workflow orchestrations using tools like ElevenAgents, Claude, and n8n.
• Integrating AI systems with our core business stack - Salesforce, Slack, Ashby, and more
• Building reusable automation services, patterns and shared templates that multiply the output of every team you touch.
• Owning experiments end-to-end: discovery to production, and measuring impact
• Developing evaluation and monitoring frameworks so AI-native workflows are reliable, auditable, and safe
