ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced engineer to build and scale agents across our marketing engineering efforts. You will own the orchestration of agents and frontier models, delivering reliable, measurable results that the business can depend on.

You may be a forward‑deployed builder or an applied AI engineer who has moved beyond demos, working across Europe in a remote‑first role with GMT/GMT+1 alignment and occasional office rotations in London or Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping production AI systems that solve real problems.
• Built with LLMs beyond demos and knows evaluation and failure modes.
• Measured impact of what you build and iterated accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Build agents platforms and orchestration tooling with current capabilities.
• Be forward‑deployed to growth pods and own end‑to‑end solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing engineering to enable scalable growth.
