Zusammenfassung

Crown is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team, supporting projects across Ireland and Europe. This role offers remote or hybrid working with travel to project sites as required.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will help manage costs, valuations, variations and final accounts, ensuring strong financial performance and effective contract administration.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics or equivalent.
• Minimum 3+ years in a QS role within construction.
• Strong cost control, commercial management and contract knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Managing project costs, budgets and cash flow.
• Preparing interim valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Assisting with tender preparation, pricing submissions and procurement.
• Managing subcontractor accounts, payment applications and commercial negotiations.
• Monitoring costs and financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Preparing cost reports, forecasts and commercial documents.
• Reviewing contract documentation and supporting contract administration.
