Job summary

Larian Studios in Dublin is seeking a Recruiter to join the team on a 6 month fixed term contract. You will craft high-calibre sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

The role requires 4+ years of recruitment or sourcing experience in games, plus fluency in English and strong communication. You will be onsite at our Dublin studio and play a key part in shaping our mid-to-senior level talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Utilize diverse sourcing methods (Boolean, Xray searching) and platforms (LinkedIn, Mobygames) to identify potential candidates.
• Screen and interview both passive and active candidates.
• Maintain a candidate database using our ATS, Lever.
• Network at local and remote events to connect with potential prospects.
• Serve as a talent advisor and collaborate closely with hiring managers.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Continuously enhance your domain knowledge.

Who you are

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Sourcing within the games industry
• Proficiency in utilizing multiple sourcing methods
• Genuine passion for computer games or game development
• Proven experience partnering with hiring managers
• Ability to positively represent Larian and our teams to potential candidates
• Familiarity with recruitment and sourcing technologies, including ATS's and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Prior experience as a Recruiter or Talent Sourcer in the game industry
• Fluent English and strong communication skills
• Must be able to work onsite in our Studio in Dublin
