Job summary

Larian Studios in Dublin is seeking a Recruiter to join the award-winning team behind Baldur’s Gate 3 and Divinity: Original Sin 2. You will help deliver high-calibre games by sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent onsite at our studio.

You'll develop sourcing strategies, build relationships with hiring managers, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience as you grow our international studio.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruitment or talent sourcing in the games industry.
• Proficient in multiple sourcing methods.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite at the Dublin studio.

As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Recruiter to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies
• Utilize diverse sourcing methods (Boolean, Xray searching) and platforms (LinkedIn, Mobygames etc) to identify potential candidates
• Screen and interview both passive and active candidates
• Maintain a candidate database using our ATS, Lever
• Network at local and remote events to connect with potential prospects
• Serve as a talent advisor and collaborate closely with hiring managers
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience
• Continuously enhance your domain knowledge

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Sourcing within the games industry
• Proficiency in utilizing multiple sourcing methods
• Genuine passion for computer games or game development
• Proven experience partnering with hiring managers
• Ability to positively represent Larian and our teams to potential candidates
• Familiarity with recruitment and sourcing technologies, including ATS's and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Prior experience as a Recruiter or Talent Sourcer in the game industry
• Fluent English and strong communication skills
• Must be able to work onsite in our Studio in Dublin
