Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner, seeks an Interim Head of Information Security in Ireland. The role leads security strategy, aligns with Engineering, IT, Legal and Compliance, and embeds secure-by-design practices across SDLC and platform operations.

You will prepare for PCI-DSS and SOC 2 audits, build measurable risk governance, and guide a small security team in a temporary governance role with flexible working arrangements.

Formación

• 7+ years in Information Security or related field.
• Degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
• Experience with software development and modern architectures.
• Cloud/SaaS security background preferred.
• Familiarity with PCI-DSS and SOC 2 compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Own and improve the information security posture with KPIs.
• Define security strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Collaborate with Engineering to embed security in SDLC.
• Establish security standards and risk-based guardrails.
• Prepare for regulatory audits (PCI-DSS, SOC 2).
• Strengthen threat detection, logging, monitoring, and response.
• Evaluate security technologies and support build-vs-buy decisions.
• Advise stakeholders and represent the organization with partners/auditors.
• Lead and develop a small security team.
