Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner company in Ireland, seeks a Senior Security/DevOps/IT Specialist with a focus on game development infrastructure. You will own IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and DevOps across an international studio environment, ensuring secure, scalable operations and streamlined workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT infra, security ops, DevOps or related field.
• Strong information security knowledge including IAM, endpoint protection, vulnerability management.
• Experience with enterprise identity and device mgmt (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune).
• Experience supporting remote/distributed teams and Windows workstations.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure, cloud services, workstations, and remote collaboration environments.
• Oversee IAM, device policies, and endpoint security across the org.
• Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies and controls.
• Monitor security and infrastructure, support audits, and drive improvements.
• Automate IT operations and CI/CD workflows as needed.
