Pearse Portfolio are supporting a private equity backed business headquartered in Ireland is seeking an experienced Interim CFO to join on an initial three month contract. This is a hands-on role at a pivotal moment for the business, providing senior financial leadership through a period of transition.
Reporting to the board and working closely with the sponsor, you will take ownership of the finance function and provide stability and rigour during a critical phase. A central part of the mandate is managing the Transition Services Agreement (TSA), so demonstrable, first-hand TSA experience is essential.
You will oversee the exit from shared services, ensure continuity of finance operations, and stand up standalone capability where needed.
Alongside the TSA workstream, you will lead day to day financial management, reporting, cash and working capital, and act as a trusted partner to the leadership team and investors.
We need someone who has done this before and can add value from day one. That means a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with prior CFO or senior finance leadership experience in a private equity or transaction environment.
Proven TSA experience within a carve-out or post‑acquisition setting is the key requirement. Familiarity with the Irish market is an advantage, and you will need to be available to start at short notice and spend time on site.
