Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Admin or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred.
• 7+ years in supply chain/logistics with senior-level responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own temperature-controlled intersite movement of goods across BioMarin network.
• Act as Business Process Owner for EUMEA Inter-site Logistics.
• Establish and maintain standardized inter-site logistics processes.
• Own logistics performance management and KPIs (OTIF, OTD, costs).
• Ensure GDP, cold-chain, trade compliance, and quality requirements.
• Partner with Global Trade Compliance on customs and documentation.
• Support logistics budgeting and cost-to-serve optimization.
• Lead end-to-end logistics projects from planning to change management.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, risk assessments, and documentation.
• Build relationships with carriers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
