Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership of Scientists, Research Associates and Analysts in Analytical Sciences.
• Experience with GxP, Non-GxP testing and method establishment.
• Ability to maintain an inspection-ready laboratory and regulatory compliance (21 CFR, USP, ICH).
• Experience coordinating budgets and forecasting.
• Strong data analysis and technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Analytical Services team to deliver high-quality results.
• Maintain inspection readiness and regulatory compliance.
