The Senior Manager, Logistics (Inter-site) will oversee end-to-end inter-site logistics across BioMarin’s network, ensuring compliant, temperature-controlled movement of clinical and commercial products and driving standardization across sites.

The role requires senior leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on continuous improvement in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or equivalent.
• 7+ years in supply chain/logistics at senior level.
• Experience leading projects, budgets and cross‑functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own compliant, temperature-controlled inter-site movement of drug substance, drug product, and finished goods across BioMarin network.
• Act as Business Process Owner for EUMEA Inter-site Logistics.
• Establish and maintain standardized inter-site logistics processes and governance frameworks.
• Own logistics performance management including OTIF/OTD and transportation performance.
• Ensure GDP, cold-chain, trade compliance, and quality requirements are met.
• Support budget management and cost-to-serve optimization through planning and cost tracking.
• Contribute to distribution network strategy and regional logistics design decisions.
• Lead logistics projects end-to-end from business case to implementation.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, risk assessments and process documentation.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners and carriers.
• Represent Inter-site Logistics in regional/global initiatives.
• Support additional projects and priorities as required.
