Job summary

KCM Recruitment Ltd in Dublin partners with a leading international contractor to recruit an Integration Manager for a flagship hyperscale data centre project in Dublin 15. You will coordinate design, construction, commissioning and client integration activities to keep milestones aligned with safety and quality.

You will lead integration planning, manage interfaces across design, construction and client teams, produce bi-weekly progress reports, and drive collaboration in a large-scale on-site

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience on-site managing construction projects.
• Strong MEP/CSA coordination experience.
• Experience with telecommunications and security systems is desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate integration activities across all project phases.
• Act as primary contact for integration planning, execution and reporting.
• Manage construction phasing across CSA and MEP systems.
• Prepare bi-weekly progress reports covering design, procurement, execution and handover.
• Develop and maintain the Integration Execution Plan.
• Lead internal and client integration meetings and drive collaboration.
• Coordinate telecoms and security procurement processes.
• Support snagging, commissioning and project handover activities.
• Participate in design workshops and provide integration input.
• Coordinate installation schedules, site onboarding and Health & Safety compliance.
• Champion Health & Safety throughout all integration activities.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Europe's most respected data centre delivery teams, working on a high-profile project and playing a key role in coordinating design, construction, commissioning, and client integration activities.

The Role

As Integration Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination across all project disciplines, managing interfaces between design, construction, commissioning and client teams while driving project milestones safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee integration activities across all project phases.
• Act as the primary point of contact for integration planning, execution and reporting.
• Manage construction phasing across CSA and MEP systems.
• Prepare bi-weekly progress reports covering design, procurement, execution and handover.
• Develop and maintain the Integration Execution Plan.
• Lead internal and client integration meetings, driving collaboration and accountability.
• Coordinate telecoms and security procurement processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience).
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing construction projects on site.
• Strong understanding of MEP and CSA coordination within large-scale construction projects.
• Telecommunications and Security systems experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
