CSA Construction Manager - €90k+ Salary and Package

Our client is a well-established international contractor delivering complex mission-critical projects across Ireland and Europe. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced CSA Construction Manager to join the delivery team on a major hyperscale data centre project in Dublin 15.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional to take ownership of the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) elements of a technically demanding project. Working alongside senior project leadership, you will oversee the successful planning, coordination and execution of CSA works while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of all Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage site engineers, supervisors and subcontractors to ensure programme milestones are achieved.
- Promote and maintain the highest standards of health, safety, quality and environmental compliance across all site activities.
- Coordinate the planning, procurement, engineering and installation of CSA work packages.
- Review design information, identify technical issues and work collaboratively with the design team to resolve them efficiently.
- Develop construction methodologies, sequencing plans and short-term look-ahead programmes to support project delivery.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity and resource allocation while driving programme compliance.
- Work closely with the commercial team to support procurement activities, package management and variation control.
- Chair regular subcontractor coordination meetings and provide clear progress updates to senior management.
- Collaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure inspections, testing and quality documentation are completed in accordance with project requirements.
- Coordinate interfaces between CSA and MEP trades to ensure smooth project integration.
- Produce weekly progress reports, programme updates and site performance reviews.
- Oversee project completion activities, including snagging, commissioning support, handover documentation and final close-out.
Key Skills Required
- Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline.
- Proven experience as a CSA Construction Manager or Senior Site Manager delivering large-scale construction projects.
- Previous experience on data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or other technically complex projects is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, project planning and subcontractor management.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary construction teams on fast-paced projects.
- Excellent knowledge of health & safety legislation and quality management systems.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify project risks and support cost control initiatives.
- Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple work packages while maintaining programme and quality objectives.
