Leap29 is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical developments from concept through construction in Dublin. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and work closely with clients, consultants and contractors to deliver high-quality engineering solutions across Europe.

We are supporting the growth of an international engineering consultancy expanding its Dublin presence and looking for an experienced Design Manager to join its growing team.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering some of the industry’s most challenging and technically advanced data centre and mission-critical projects across Europe.

The Role

As Design Manager, you will support the delivery of large-scale mission-critical developments, managing design activities from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and coordinating multidisciplinary design teams
• Supporting projects through the full design and delivery lifecycle
• Coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, Structural and BIM disciplines
• Working with clients, consultants and contractors to deliver effective design solutions
• Managing technical interfaces, design risks and project requirements
• Ensuring design quality, programme alignment and technical excellence
• Supporting the continued growth of the Dublin office

About You

We are looking for an experienced Design Manager with:

• Knowledge of MEP systems and building services
• Experience managing relationships with clients, consultants and contractors
