FBD Holdings plc, Ireland's leading homegrown insurer, is seeking a Sales Advisor to drive Personal Lines, Agri and Commercial sales while delivering outstanding customer service. You will support the Sales Office operations, meet sales targets, and collaborate with branches to enhance service delivery.

The role emphasizes knowledge of insurance products, regulatory requirements and continuous professional development, with a permanent contract and hybrid/branch-based presence as appropriate.

Formación

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent and/or a relevant third level qualification.
• Qualified to APA/APP/CIP or Grandfathered Accreditation; assistance may be given to obtain within Central Bank timeframes.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver sales targets across Personal Lines, Agri and Commercial Business.
• Assist in running the Sales Office to provide excellent customer care and support.
• Handle customer queries and refer unresolved issues to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, compliance requirements and CPD hours.
