Morgan McKinley is working with a growing financial services business in Galway to recruit an experienced Insurance Advisor to join their expanding team. You will focus on advising clients, building relationships and recommending protection solutions tailored to individual needs.

Qualifications

  • QFA qualified; knowledge of personal/commercial insurance products.
  • Experience in financial services, insurance, banking or advisory environment.
  • Proven track record of developing client relationships and generating new business.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional, customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Commercially minded with focus on understanding client needs.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a wider team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert qualified, company-generated leads and enquiries.
  • Conduct detailed client fact-finds and needs assessments.
  • Provide professional advice on appropriate insurance and protection solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Identify opportunities for referrals, cross-selling and additional client solutions.
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the full client journey.
  • Ensure all advice and recommendations are appropriate, compliant and in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate client records, documentation and administration.
  • Follow internal processes and regulatory requirements across all client interactions.
  • Work towards agreed business development, sales and customer service objectives.
  • Keep up to date with relevant products, regulations and industry developments.
