Job summary

FBD Holdings plc in Cork is seeking a Sales Advisor to drive Personal Lines, Agri and Commercial Business sales from the local Sales Office. You will support the Branch Manager and Sales Development Co-Ordinator, delivering results while upholding service standards and FBD’s brand.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, handling customer queries, maintaining product knowledge, and collaborating with the Life and Pension advisor.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent and/or a relevant third level qualification.
• Qualified to APA/APP/CIP or Grandfathered Accreditation is desired; assistance will be given to obtain within timeframe set by Central Bank of Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales of Personal Lines, Agri and Commercial Business through the Sales Office.
• Support running the Sales Office to achieve targets and provide service excellence.
• Handle customer queries and refer unresolved/technical queries as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company product range and CPD requirements.
• Provide relief to other Sales Offices in the region as required.
• Develop beneficial relationships with local FBD Life and Pension Financial Advisor to enhance service delivery.
• Participate in renewal follow ups and identify cover/rate improvements.
